We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at BLVRO, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Generally, personalized, engraved, or special custom orders are not allowed to cancel once production has started. Please review your personalized information carefully before submitting the order. If you insist on canceling a customized order, there will incur a 50% customized and material processing fee.

Return & Exchange Instructions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Please use your Local Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive a return parcel due to using other carriers, the buyer will be responsible for the loss.
- Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes:
- Return Address: The return address is NOT the address on your shipping package. Please contact customer service first to obtain return authorization.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products with engravings, custom photos, personalized designs, custom jewelry, and final sale items are unavailable for return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs: Return and reship costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original Shipping: Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Taxes: For the United Kingdom and EU countries, 20% Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be deducted where applicable.
- Customs Insurance: Once the product is delivered and the order transaction is completed, customs insurance is non-refundable.
Product Replacements
BLVRO will resend a new product free of charge under the following circumstances:
- Customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving (customers must contact BLVRO customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order).
Refunds
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days once the return package is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
Please Note: The standard shipping rate before discount applies and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free shipping, we incur actual logistics costs for every shipment.
